Looking for 2 planes

Anyone know where i can get an F14 TomCat or an F18 Hornet ?

I want to use them in my mod

Yes actually!

Pestilence64 has made both, but the Hornet isn't open source.

F-14: (you need to register, well worth it though)

Thanks PC i got them and already put the TomCat in my mod.

It would have been cool if it were possible to have the wings open when it took off and then sweep back and roll when attacking

Know of any other sites with good units?

If you animate the F-14 correctly it can do that. You just need to create a few animations for it. You could probably even get the plane to fire while inverted, and with the bonefeedback enabled, you'd see the missiles leave the wings.

that F-14 model already has the animation in it, so all you need to do is add the animations callouts in the right ConditionStates.

EDIT: actually i believe i put instructiosn on how to use the animation in the Readme file. If not please let me know.

AWESOME TOMCAT.

The tutorial worked great Pestilence but it was not in the download zip.

I had to get it from the site.

The F16 looked good but not as good as the TC and it has as weird shadow problem were the shadow has a connecting line to the plane.

I did notice a problem though. I replaced the model of the raptor with the TC and when it flys,it shakes...how do i correct this?

Are planning any other units?

I sure would love to have an F18 Hornet and a Mig 29 Flanker [i think its a flanker ]. :/

hmm... I have to look into all that, I hope I didnt upload any old files of those models, theres several files of each, may take a while to figure out which one was the final corrected versions.

Fulcrum. I have a MiG-29, but it's not entirely mine, so I'd have to ask the other creator.
