Why would revenge be so important to you? If he's German maybe he missed the warnings. I had a look around your site and I couldn't actually see any warnings, even when I was looking for them. If it really is that important to you (and if you have unlimited bandwidth why does it matter anyway), then just send him an email asking him to take the pic down. Anyway. don't be so childish as to replace it with some random other pic, if you don't want him linking to it, just delete it. Also, if you are thinking of replacing it with anything disgusting, before you do anything pratlike, just think for a second - kids visit Generals sites too.
