Default Adding Base defenses

Ok, I am new at this and could someone point me in hte direction I need to go.
I have a skirmish map that I want to add base weapons to and also a few vehicles and make them capturable or already owned by my team.

The World Builder tutorial does not have this information.

WHht is the best way to go here?

go to the buildings thingy and select America -> Structures and find your defense (same for China and GLA) btw so you know any defenses you place will need to have power and will not attack anyone (since this is skrim)

Thats why I am here. I have placed the defenses but they don't do anything.
I can't even use the Vehicles I placed on the map.

ok, skrim maps in Gen dont allow neutral defenses to attack anyone.....same with units you cant use them it is not a mission....

That's what I am saying. I want to be able to have my guys capture the idle weapons.

no can do....you would have to mod the game so that those defense were capturable

Just simply add the base defenses and vehicles then use the scripts to make them "Un-Manned" next during the capture have a ranger (or red guard or a rebel) garrison the vehicle/building and poof it's yours!

Or you could try adding the captureable=yes tag if one exists. You could do that or try making it garrisonable.
