Try using the search feature next time. Enums stand for "Enumerated Constants" I think, and are hard-coded into the game.

They are indeed hardcoded, so if u want to create your own SpecialPower, just use the one that fits best to your idea!

Stop telling anyone to use Search button. It does not help any much, since it lacks necessary functionalities for searching a lot of topics.
