battleship OCL ?
I'm trying to have a vehicle call in the battleship bombardment from the single player mission, i can get everything working up to the in game cursor but when i click on the spot i want to attack the cursor just disapears.
does anyone know if there is an OCL for this bombardment, and if so where is it.

Try looking in the pre-existing OCLs first, and please don't type in "txt" *words like, thnx, plz, k, etc*.

i have looked in the pre-existing OCL's and there is nothing to be found, if you might know where to look it would be appriciated.
and on another topic, your not a very polite person, not everyone lives their life on this forum, and we don't all know the little intricacies to the way YOU like the msg formats. please try and be NICE in the furture, or i will complain to whomever is in charge

Oooook, I'm not sure exactly how I came off as impolite, but anyways, I don't think the battleship uses an OCL, it just fires that bombardment as its weapon.

i realize that, but would it not have an OCL entry similar to the artillery strike for china? in the solo mission is the battleship visible on screen or is it an off-screen unit?
the battleship bombardment is listed in the specialpower.ini

The Battleship Bombardment ability is not OCL-controlled. It is a SpecialPower controling a weapon--a lot like the SCUD Storm (except the SCUD Storm has a rigged OCL to fire its weapon). The Battleship Bombardment SpecialPower is essentially used to allow you to have a shortcut button for the Battleship's weapon.
If you want to add an OCL-based Battleship Bombardment superweapon, then you would need to copy the Artillery Strike's OCL and adjust it as desired.

I should be a little bit more clear on what I'm trying to find out. the problem i think i'm having is with a behavior module, this is what i'm using
Behavior = OCLSpecialPower ModuleTag_16
SpecialPowerTemplate = SpecialPowerBattleshipBombardment1
CreateLocation = CREATE_AT_EDGE_FARTHEST_FROM_TARGET
End
normally there would be an OCL after the SpecialPowerTemplate, but seeing as how i cannot find one, i would imagine that i will have to use the artillery strike
