I have an idea for a mod based on the Korean war, I've got the US side planned and am thinking about the North Korean side and am considering a third one.

I can dig up the list for the US, but in order for me to go through the effort, someone will need to show interest in developing my idea.

I'm basically going to get a team together and take a step back, seeing as my modding skills would disgrace the vets this mod is meant to honor.

Basically, I plan high-quality vehicle models, high poly and all, as most combat will be infantry on infantry.

All sides will have elite 'squads', these are four to six independant Hero units the campaign would be based around.

Medical units, like MASH stations, Medics, and Sioux helicopters, will be an important part of the strategy.

This mod would be for Zero Hour.



I am worthless on a computer, I will resign from team leader as soon as the team is in place if that is what you guys want, and only help and suggest things along the way.

This mod would be dedicated to the forgotten heroes of the forgotten war. It is unnamed for the moment, but may come up as Forgotten Heroes, nothing special, but it gets the job of a title done.

Please, I encourage you to look past my low post count and consider this. As I said before, I will dig up my nearly complete USA list if anyone shows serious interest in this mod.

Get your stuff together FIRST, then ask for help. At least people will know what they're getting into then.

Ah, you are right. I did not even see that helpful 'Do this before asking' thread... shucks. Anyways, I'll put together the rest of the units, and try to upload the document, but I am worthless at computers. I'll do my best to model but it won't be pretty.

It sounds good, but if I remember correctly, some other team out there is doing a Korean War mod.

Really? I have not seen one... if it's true, I'll be off then. No point in doing what was already done, and seeing as this is to honor the forgotten, I don't think I would accomplish my goal anyways.
