No. In the FIRST place I don't want them in one building. First I want to make the three extra superweapons (Ion Cannon, Neutron Missile, HE SCUD) in another building.
THEN I'll see if I can combine them. I'm not anyone - I doubt if can make this superweapon in an extra building firstly - let alone combining them.
Neutron warhead of Nuke cannon is clean - but I don't want mine to be clean. Will you please explain how can I make a white neutron radiation cloud? Please?

you could create a new radiation field object that is like the others sticked to ground and make it invisible. so noone will see this field of radiaton. for the cloud that stays above the target for a while u only need the neutron explosion cloud of the nuke cannon and scale it as big as u want. The units will take damage from the invisible radiation field and ingame it seems as the cloud do the damage... i hope i could help u a bit.

Then it would be a standard nuclear warhead, the whole point of the neutron warhead is that it has a half-life of 3 seconds (I think) and so the intense radiation kills all organic material leaving everything else intact, but the radiation disapates after a matter of seconds allowing people to use nukes without having to deal with the fallout afterwards. So your weapon wouldn't be a neutron warhead it would be some sort of altered warhead, to do so you would just give the standard nuke the neutron shel instead of a normal warhead and make the radiation extremely fatal to infantry only, then alter the graphic so it is white. BUT that would not be a neutron shell as there is no such thing as a dirty neutron shell since they have to be specially made and be near perfect anyway it's not something like a nuke you can just throw together.
Whatever you decide to do I wouldn't call the weapon a neutron nuke you'll look stupid.

Okay I'm going to have to answer your question one at a time... so here we go!
1. An additional Power Particle Cannon for USA that works like GDI Ion Cannon, hit only one place and do all its damage in one point and a certain radius.
Answer = You can but you'll need dummy weapons in the particle cannon (can mush into 1 weapon and make the "buttons" share a sink timer. Bit tricky, you will also need 2 special powers for the particle cannon, change the amount of time the cannon fires (minimum amount of time is 1000 milisecs.) you can edit the damage rang and such - very similar to the weapon.ini file in those terms - but more or less you'll need to be doing a little debugging.
2. An additional Nuclear Missile Silo for China that launches a Neutron Missile that kills infantry, garrisons, and vehicle pilots; and leaves a white neutron cloud that kills any Infantry/Vehicle Pilot that enters it.
Answer = Same as above except make the nuetron missile instead of being a neutron missile make it like a neutron shell (nuke launcher) and change the detenation FX and that should work theoretically anyway.
Skipped one and two considering a mushed the anwswers
3. Make the SCUD Storm switch between Anthrax Warhead and High-Explosive Warhead?
Answer = I've already done this in my MOD. It's kind of fun... but then I decided to put them together and make them mini-nuclear missiles (demo and nuke-mig missile put together - very cool hehehe - anyway just make a secondary weapon in the weaponset and which will be the firing for the secondary have the button share a timer and use the same special power. Finally just simply edit the projectiles to your liking and enjoy the pretty colors hehe.
Also be very careful about using multiple special powers with many different objects on account the the engine uses the ENUM to catagorize the special powers in memory slots in the game.dat file and uses them that way. Translation too many objects using same powers the objects will start acting kind of funny, unfortunetly no-one will be laughing.

wow Cedar someone neglected to READ THE THREAD......his questions were already answerd and we were discussing how a Neutron bomb is clean and has no left over radiation like a Nuke....
also to Cedar you are wrong about #1 my power particle cannon is just a normal particle cannon that does 10000 damage in one DamageBeat and lasts a few seconds, no extra tied in weapons or anything. Also remember to turn off Driveable

Would it not be possible in all cases to give the SW two fire buttons each one charges and activates the SW like normal but there's two, then you click on one of them to chose the target and fire, the different buttons variate different SWs but each one resets both buttons. *shurgs*

you can but they would be independent of eachother and you would hence have 2 weapons in one lol

Couldn't you make the other weapons timer reset when you fire that one like on the last generals challenge destorying the bunkers resets the timers, or would that make all the timers reset?

nope you cant that was thru scripting....and had nothing to do with the main INI code. You just cant tie two different superweapons to one timer
