How do u Change the Payload of a caputered Renforcment pads??

In any case, ObjectCreationList.ini is the file to search if you want to change the Reinforcement Pad's selection of vehicles for the existing generals.

I capture one einforcement pad, the timer counts down but a Plane never arrives :-(
