Hi Hostile,
You may remember me from earlier this year, we once were on a mod team. When you first decided to help, you were very determined to learn as much about modding as possible. You manged to learn a lot during that time, and focused on improving your skills. Even though you left our team early, I knew that for whatever mod you wanted to develop, you'd work very hard on it. I could see that easily while you were working on Crisis Now. My team (Rise of the Reds) donated a T-60s model for your mod, I'm not sure if you used it or not. Good help is hard to find these days. I guess it all comes down to is the number of people available to help you out.
I'm sorry to hear that Crisis Now is no longer in development. At least now, you have experience leading a mod so it shouldn't be hard for you to get back into the thick of things. If you decide to work with another mod, you wouldn't have to worry about all the management problems associated with leadership roles and just concentrate on the task at hand. Anyways, I hope your work doesn't go unnoticed. I wish you the best of luck on further projects you may work on
