I'm sorry it sounds like maybe I didn't fix your prob. But your model is not aligned correctly. That's the only reason why it would behave like it does. I saw your alignment and it would behave just like you described before I fixed it. I will have to look again.

Okay then here is my last suggestion... when you said you "attached" a turret to the paladin, did you mean that you made it like an OCL (like with the overlord's gattling cannon) or did you mean you just through it in as you would through the W3D module?

(SOLVED) He used a payload template on a TransportAIUpdate. He went back to an upgrade, overlord style, but granted it immediately. I've just got the word. It works now. I'm glad to hear that DaLump.

NOTE: amazingly he was able to get the turret to appear at all using the TransportAIUpdate with naming a PayloadTemplate on a FIREPOINT01 bone. Didn't behave right but I was amazed as it showed at all. Might be useful to know for some reason I have yet to think of...

You should be able to edit the title by pressing the 'edit' button corresponding with your first post that started the topic.
