i made an other model today the polly count is 311 btw

it will be in ShockWave and in Rise Of Europa

Not bad, looks like it should be in the game

You might want to try a cylindrical mapper on the barrel, that is, unless you meant it to look hexagonal.

A cylindrical mapper would allow you to have consistent shading around the barrel, and rather than have seams at every rectangle, you only end up with one seam which you can hide underneath.

but where do i find that "cylindrical mapper" ?? i'm still new to modeling so could you tell me

For gmax or 3dsmax: Select your barrel, if it is not its own object then select it via editable mesh sub-object.In the modifier panel, open the drop down list.Press the "U" key untill "UVW Map" is selected.Cylindrical mapping is an option of this modifier.For more information on the modifier, consult the manual.

sorry but i can't afford it to help any other mod teams than the ones i'm currently on but maybe i'll be able to make a few models later when i got more experince

Uhhh Hunter, I think he was talking to Darkness. :drunk: But anyways, great model, the barrel could use smoothing, but otherwise, good model.
