Maybe it's the fact that on both the command buttons and the commandsets, he has the beginning lines on the same line as the End's.

Well for starters, hes trying to use Overlord logic, but he has used W3DTruckDraw instead of W3DOverlordTankDraw, and he is missing the OverlordContain module.I dont know how much difference the draw module makes, but without the contain module I doubt he will get anywhere.

There are probably more errors, I only quickly searched for a couple of terms in his code.
