Default How FlashBang & AssaultRifle Auto Switching work??

I want to give an HE Round ablity to tanks so they will fire Explosion rounds at infantry&buildings,& still use AP against tanks
& i don`t want to tell them to switch weapon between primary&secondary(too troublesome)
can anyone please tell me how does that kind of AI work?

You can probably make that happen with the prefered weapon code so that it happens automatically and requires no player-micromanagement...

Yes yor are right
preferredAgainst works well for player units, but it`s seens that can do nothing to AI controled units..they are still shooting AP at infantry..
maybe something can be done in SkirmishScripts.scb

I've been trying to remove the auto-switching buttons for ranger and make him automatically use flashbang when necessary (like commanche, which uses rockets when neccessary). I failed. It seemed OK at the beginning but when the game continued for some longer, all of a sudden rangers stopped using flashbang for both garrisoned buildings and infantry - they just used Machine gun.
