Hi all

Just a problem i have just had, i started a skirmish game and then 2 mins into the game i instanlty lost and all my buildings blew up, does anyone know whats happend and how i can fix it plz.

serial number problem. I've been experiencing this since early RA2 days.
Reinstall, type in your serial number carefully.

PS: you haven't been handing out your serial number? lent it to a friend? Used it to install Generals on another comp on your lan? anything like that?

its a legite version, but if i entered it wrong serial wouldnt it not let me install the game?

no not at all, it was a clean install just yesterday and i only started playing it about 10 mins ago. world builder shows no problems.

well, I'm just saying it's usually the reason why it happens to me. Mistakes can happen and remember it accepts it if it "appears to be genuine"

I'd recommend a complete uninstall and reinstall. It worked for me in RA2 untill I installed it on a LAN comp again, same thing for Generals. I dont install them on LAN comps anymore, too much bother

The only time i've had this problem in Gen was quite different to the earlier C&C causes; it seemed to be an issue regarding AI. When I downloaded some AI edits, this problem occurred, but I never traced the problem - just replaced the AI files.

which would make me think it might be the AI because the opponent in skirmish always wins, its weird though.. i reinstalled the game applied patch 1.02 and then this happend. :/

hmm, try a fresh install or a repair as Immo suggested.
