Default How do I make this power charge up before firing?

I made another special power that acts like a Sneak Attack Tunnel (enum = SPECIAL_SNEAK_ATTACK)
My problem is that when I purchase it, its automatically ready. I want it to start charging up after I purchase it. How do I do that? Is this because of this particular enum? If so, what enum should I use to get the desired effect?

Well some ENUMs have this behaviour built-in. Others get it when you use SharedSyncedTimer = Yes. If you want this to no longer happen, find an ENUM that doesn't start charged. The Scud Storm would be a good one to use for that: SPECIAL_SCUD_STORM. As long as no other power already uses that ENUM, you're fine. If it's used by another power, it still doesn't matter as long as that power never appears in the game. Things only start to go wrong when two different powers with the same ENUM are in a game at the same time.

for some odd reason nothing works. Tried your way. Tried pausing behaviors. Tried granting...nothing freaking works!
