When you're one of the few "happy" chosen, you get to sign an NDA contract, which binds you to keep everything secret (with or without time limit).
If you violate that contract you make yourselves vulnerable to a lawsuit, which could very well ruin your further life.
I know of one case where a software engineer leaked vital info on a product to the warez-scene, was caught, and got convicted to 2 yrs conditional, has to work 10yrs to pay for the fines and has a visa-prohibition to go to the US for 15 yrs...

Not that EA would do something similar on the spot, because everything is according the seriousness of the infraction, but a NDA contract is not something to take lightly…

Why not just make your own? Or get someone else's, I'm prertty sure someone released their own version.
