I saw a pic on c-gen which showed a ready to fire scud storm with its missiles raised. Cannis said it was done by DeeZire. Care to share the knowledge to one who cant figure it out for himself?

It's just a simple image transition for when the specialpower reaches a determined time. Take a look at the nuke silo and/or particle cannon to see how it's done.
