In the art code for your unit:

    CabRotationMultiplier = 1.2
    TrailerRotationMultiplier = 0.7
    CabBone = CAB
    TrailerBone = TRAILER
    RotationDamping = 0.7

Where CAB and TRAILER are bones (or geometry with export transform turned on)
