Eeeeassssy. Do you remember the Neutron Warhead's effect? The same effect as Fuel Air Bomb? Just a little red tint and a Neutron behavior will do. Only the effect should attach to your modified nuke missile that dies and creates a AtmosphereDeprivationFieldWithAnExtremelyLongName object. This objects uses a FireWeaponUpdate to maintain a neutron field that kills infantry and vehicle crew.

You'll no longer need a NeutronMissileSlowDeathBehavior.

Hmmm, I must experiment... But I guess with a little slicing I can get it to work with regular generals. But there is going to be alot of coding to do. Particle editing can get so tiring.
