Default Vehicle Mine Layer?

Trying to think of how to code a vehicle laying mines behind it. Let's say a Technical vehicle that spreads China Mines behind it whereever it goes. Seems like it would be simple to do. Your help would be appreciated.

I know this is possible; I've done it before myself. What you need is to give your minelaying vehicle either a weapon or an upgrade (depending on whether or not you want the mines to cost money) that spawns an object which itself spawns a minefield.

That's an idea allright. Of course OCLUpdate would be the easiest option but that messes up the commandset *curses EA*.

SpawnUpdate would spawn an object that dies immediately (with LifetimeUpdate) and spawns the mines in its place. Set SpawnReplaceDelay to the time between generating mine fields. You'd have to think of some kind of system to make sure the mines don't pile up though. Because if you just stop your mine layer, it will just keep dumping mines in the same place.
