I'm working on an INI parser for ZH. It checks syntax errors and stuff. I've only just started on it, but the hard part (the parsing routine) is done. If I get it working for more INI files (which could take months before it's all done) then maybe we could combine my parser with your extractor and editor, and have a full development environment for Zero Hour.
FinalBIG already DOES parse the INI file. And it also knows about modules and corresponding values. However, it does not yet know about all modules/values, that's the point of this post
I'm searching for people to add the missing modules. See my forums regarding that. Modules can be added simply by modifying finalbig.ini (which mirrors the original INI files). Would be happy if you joined.
Could you make your ini editor with an extra exe or extra window? and could you implemet a tag-highlighting and eventually add an "jump-to-entry"-function? i don't know how this difficult it is to implement this but this would help coding with your editor!
(Sorry for bad english, im german, but i hope you can understand it)
if you right click in the latest version without the ini reference add-on you get a jump feature, forget which version it is but Matze should be able to tell you.
mhm, so easy to jump, it was too easy to find that functions...
when i start final big it seems like my logitech mouse driver is disabelt, the extra buttons won't work and the mouse is only at half speed... when i left the windows its working with no probs...
i would like to have an finalbig-ini-ed stand alone version with tag-highlighting!
(and if the mouse is working with no probs too, this would be better)
