Default A question about the popup patriot made by The_Hunter

I wanted it to be stealth so I used this code (similar to stealth stinger)


Behavior = StealthUpdate ModuleTag_13
StealthDelay = 2500 ; msec
StealthForbiddenConditions = ATTACKING USING_ABILITY
MoveThresholdSpeed = 3
FriendlyOpacityMin = 50.0%
FriendlyOpacityMax = 100.0%
InnateStealth = Yes
OrderIdleEnemiesToAttackMeUponReveal = Yes
End


and I wanted it to pop out and attack units when units come in its range. What should I do? currently the patriots dont pop out. I have to click them and then click an enemy unit for it to pop out. Any help will be appreciated

hey sorry that i did not reply to your pm yet so i might as well do here i think you need to add atackenwhenidle=Yes to that AI update for it too work right i'm not sure tho

An important thing to do for stealthed units like this that will attack when stealthed is that this must be added to the AIUpdate:
Code:
    AutoAcquireEnemiesWhenIdle = Yes Stealthed
That should work.

That doesnt work Hunter and when I try Airstrikers code the game crashes.

That code must be put in the "Behavior = AIUpdateInterface" module coding. Perhaps you put it there and there are 2 copies of that entry?

Maybe the weaponset is not goos he used a SW weaponset i thing and nobody have it? or is it the standard pat weapon?

i included that weaponset with the example code in the zip nab!

and no that could not couse this problem

I did put it in the AIUpdateInterface and I removed one copy. But still.

Also I didnt change the coding from the hunters original setting.
