Well , generally i wouldnt double post something , but this has been open awhile , and no comments yet. Is there no one that has edited there own command bar into the game.
Mayhap there be a topic that covers this already. If so , someone steer me in right direction pls.
I got curious after seeing the Imperial Assault and how there is a nice shiny star wars comm bar in there. I want one too!

Hey man. Commandbars aren't actually verry difficult to make in consept (getting the coords right can be rather tedious though). You said you had one already, so could you pots a pic and I/we can tell you whats wrong.

Yea , ok , thats all it is , is my coords im sure , it made it look like as if there was a wide black stretch and no graphic over part of it , unfortunately , i erased all my very FIRST attempt material , so i hadnt bothered with it again , i imagine it should not be a problem after looking at the set up again.
However , i will attempt it and if it fails again , i will put it up.

Can you explain the 'black section ' cause i dont have a black section (unless im using a custom comm bar in which case i onl did it once , and as i said , it messed it up good). Well , maybe i have it , im just not understanding.

The black section sounds like somthing which has haunted thos who want to add sidebars (origonal cnc style) for ages. It is a bar which sits underneeth the commandbar, and is only hidden when the commandbar is minimised. I believe you can catch a glimpse of it when the bar is minimising.

If I remember correctly the bar is exactly 120 pixels from the bottom, in 800x600 resolution. The reason the bar is there is so the game doesn't render parts of the screen that are obscured by the command bar. But if you choose to move the commandbar somewhere else, you just see a big area of black where it used to be. :dead:
