Default Converting Unit Problems

Ok , heres the thing , i have been madly converting units over to new factions creating a cool as game for me and buds , but thing is , we have created a germany , canada , and france , and are having some probs when it comes to the upgrades. Here is an example that applies to both of the upgrades.

#1 , they have been taken from gla terrorist cell (have read the tutorial on adding) and have been transferred to new faction. Now the button shows , upgrades porperly , and counts down , but there is no doods that show up, anyone have any reasons why maybe.

#2 , NapalmStrike taken from china and given to germany, but once again , the buttons all upgrade countdown , and no planes show.

I even went so far as to write in the chinajetmig as a new unit on the german side , still no go. Ayone , ideas, ty






EDITED "" OMFG"" lol@me , i had the ini file for factions chopped apart so that they were seperated in faction unique ini files , anyways , i accidently erased all the damn units required to make this happen , it works now,

Actually , there is one thing , the only thing that does not seem to work , is the carpet bomb , is there possibly some CreateLocation = ; that is missing from the tutorial on the member tuts forum. Cuase i have done everything it says , and to no sucess , it gets as far as laying down the marker for bombing run, and then no bombers come.?

actually , a few more things too.

the black market nuke plane , flies in , and seems to crash before actually delivering its payload.

keep in mind all this stuff is happening as i have transfered it over to a new faction as well , germany , for test sakes its all under one faction
