You dont scale the W3D file per/se , so much as the model . Just open the w3d file , select the model , and choose the scale button from toolbar , and scale up or down the model , depending on what size you want. Simple and effective

you mean with GMax?
Cause I thought there was a way of scaling the object through coding without having to use GMax.
I HATE modeling... especially with the night time objects...
Ooh! new post idea! lol

O, yea , well , in the code at the end of each objet there is this geometery setting related stuff , try this

Geometry = Cylinder ; Since collision extents can't tilt, this is a little fake
GeometryMajorRadius = 8.0
GeometryHeight = 4.0
GeometryIsSmall = Yes

you will see that at end of all the objects code blocks , if thats what you mean

You can also set Scale = X in the ini files to have the game scale it that way

IIRC you can just put it in as an parameter of an object.

its much easier to scale down infantry,

personally, .85 or .9 for infantry is fine, then just scale the tanks up a little,
the infantry I modeled it around is scaled down though... 0.86

at first I thought I'd made a mistake, but after I thought about it the Rapotor is about twice the length of an Abrams

I always thought the geometry at the end just told the game how big the object was... I'll mess with it some and see.
