You can see the Geometry Section just before the Final End on the unit. Just stick it there

geometry controls how large of an obstruction an object is,
scale controls the size of the model,

simple as that.

Right so I've played with the Geometry stuff some, and found that the geometry doesn't effect the model at all but instead tells the game how big thew object is meaning the boxes in World builder (the boxes around the actual model when you click it) it changes the sizes of those and that's about it... well it also keeps units from running through the model as well.
