1. How do you do that menu editing? do you edit commandset.ini or specialpowers.ini & science.ini?
2.Insted of a unit requiring palace & black market etc. can you make it palce or black market?
3.can you make Generals think the american airfield is chinese for requirment purposes?

How do you do 2 ?

You place both on the same prerequisite line: "Prerequisite = GLAPalace GLABlackMarket". You will have to make sure the building names are proper, as I did not check them, but you use that syntax to have the Prerequsite X or Y logic.
