Ok... So I figured out how to modify the files for the weapons, and armor types and all that... But now I have the ultimate question... How would one go about creating a cross between Red Alert 2 and Tiberian Sun (USA as GDI, China as RA2's Russia (Dee's version of ressia from RA2 Deezire) and the GLA as the Brotherhood?
Any tips would be welcome and any editor resources and links would be a great help.
