hmmm i dont think so as i there isnt even cut units from them
u could try make new units (modeling skinnin and editin) and then make a new side it is possible

African Warlords NEVER materialized, No artwork was EVER created for them. The first artwork for the third side was for the Fundamentalists.

The only thing that I know is that the African Warlords have concept art, but I doubt there were models made because it was so early on, and no ingame screenshots were ever found.

The original sides were Russia, African Warlords and USA. But Russia was changed to China, since we already have Russia in Red Alert. And African Warlords were changed to GLA because of 9/11 i guess, and the need to beat up some terrorists lol.

The china infantry is called the conscript in many places of the files, like their textures

Only concept art was drawn up for russia and african warlords, a few structures, tanks and infantry. And the Russian General.
