you can only set the pitch in gamedata.ini, but you cant alter it once the game is running without a predefined script(the kind of thing seen in cut scenes)

But it is possible to pitch the camera at all, right? What I'm saying is that I don't want to control the pitch in-game but change it.

Yea , in the gamedata.ini there is a few camera controls , like camerastart , cameraYaw , and stuff , play around in there to change the values.

A big limitation though is that you can't control how fast the camera zooms in and out. So if you put the camera up really high and let it zoom in really far, then it takes ages to zoom in... :/
