thank you all for your input...

i'm glad my work is paying off.

Would renders making you people more inclined to give your opinion, the point of this forum is for feedback, I though not for a select group of people talk to each other, if that was the case then why is this a public forum site?
and can someone direct me to somewhere i can get some feedback to help me.
you all have been helpful so far with little tibits of coding help but i have only had one person even comment.

I mean if my mod sucked and the idea's were bad, then i will modelled for another mod, i mean the only way i can get good at this is by doing it, and no one wants to talk about anything i'm doing i might as well be working for someone else mod.

Thanks all

I would assume people aren't too interested because there are forever fresh guys coming here saying "Hey, I have a really cool idea for a mod, here is my story / unit list / whatever, please help me".

It's difficult starting a mod; what I recommend is getting a few renders, preferably skinned, to generate some interest. Very few people are going to read through a unit list and think about it enough to actually make any comments about it, without something pretty to look at.

Default Ask and yea shall recieve

This is v1.0 of the gun walker, the skin is my first attempt using Gmax uvw unwraping so keep that in mind, I'm going to work more on skinning as thats were the major improvment needs to go.

Here my orginal high poly mesh for comparsion

Anti-social maybe right, but in my case the models aren't the hard part, i can make the meshes without a problem my problem is why build all the units if no body thinks they are any good. I need feed back on the sides wether the units are even. Like i said the modelling is the easy part for me, even more so cuz these are such low poly models,

any feed back and a look at my unit description would be nice.
Also i will jump back in the lab and re skin this guy and create some better textures, I just like antisocial said making something "a little pretty" to look at(IMO its 25% there though)

The one in the top pic looks nothing like the one in the bottom pic. Try adding some more detail to the mesh.
