anyways now that EA has allowed Alpha 98 files to be released is there any chance we could get some stuff of other alpha versions from you Deezire ?

Is build 98 the oldest build still out there?
In particular, I want to know if there exists art for the america command center and america weapons factory before they went to the "current" style (as seen in build 98)
Also, I want to know what the wierd looking building called "nbweapfact.w3d" and if anything else that "goes with it" still exists/ever existed
And I want to know if any more art still exists for the building called "ubpwrplant_n" (i.e. the daytime images)
And I want to know if this building:

There are a lot of old skyscarpers in there, but I haven't seen that one yet. I did notice that the glass particles are still in the W3Ds for the damage FX.

No, perhaps I haven't made myself clear. What I wish is for a mod called ALPHA GEN for example. In this mod, it would include all of Alpha models, textures and physical stuff. For the stuff that wasnt there or was real choppy (like sound), use the original Gen/ZH sounds. (hard to explain lol, many things would need to be compromised and replaced, but it could work)

I bet that this situation will happen to RA3, but not as much.

hey would that even work, i seam to rember it as being that RA was a time paradox crated beacuse of the removel of hitler befor he was known, thus ww2 never happend with germany and they remaind on good terms, but with out the war russia was left to build up a huge army and invade EUROPE so there wasnt anything left free other than the birtsh and they can't really be called Europe as a team beacuse they arnt the hole thing. Now the USA never joined the war simply beacuse the japnese never attacked so in order for a REAL red alert game to happen it would have to be the USSR Vr the UK and the librated Euro teams... (when they slowly fight back after rallying what is left of all the forces)

and due to this, if the USSR then it ment that NOD was born.

so it would be cool if it was USSR

yea.... but why is tanya american?

i mean they could go with the storyline that america was concerned by the amassing super power... or they thought the USSR were creating WMD's and are forced to intervene
