You know coolfile you could just refer him to me as I believe currently my mod is the only one with mobile barracks in it. It's just a pain to do because you need to put it on the same prerequisite as the barracks they are built from so that it's an or, as in:
If you have a barracks you can build the infantry from there, and if you have the mobile barracks you can build the infantry from there, and if you lose either of the two objects, you can still build infantry if you have all their prerequisites.
But yes if you really want to have it as a mobile barracks (not really that great anyway, give you to much of an advantage) then try to do it yourself, but if you can't post back here, and I will PM you the code for it. As I don't want it public.
