Default Infantry anyone?

I could use a little help with making one. I'm planning on making something like superman for my Crazy Mod and I'm using the ranger as a basis but I can't seem to get anything to work and I need to animate it. I looked on a previous infantry tutorial but it didn't help.

Whenever I try to bind a vertex to a bone it doesn't work. It just makes that error sound and does nothing.

You need to use bind to bone by name. Simply bind to bone and clicking on one doesn't work for some reason...

Did that too and when I move the bone the model doesn't move at all.

The bones wont influence your geometry until you have moved from frame 0 and turned on the Animate button.
