Add unit to Campaign
What ini files is it necessary to edit to get a unit into a Campaign, and is it even possible?
I cannot beat China 3 post 1.04 (without the carpet bomber) and would like to add a new unit to try and get me over the hump.

what are you talking about? That mission is easy!!
...but if u really wanna cheat, look at the map in WB. Memorise where the demo traps are :P
(and if you really, seriously wanna cheat, you can use a WB script to add a unit to one of your factory's command sets)

If so easy...any tips....I get my ass kicked by the Scud launchers...I cannot get to them fast enough without losing an entire attacking force. If I try to send a unit after the scuds, they are accompanied by a couple quads and a pesky rocket buggy which tear me up. Not to mention the beating I take from the hidden stinger sites.
I am playing hard mode, and don't seem to have enough time to get rolling. I try to send everything, but it seems an onslaught of vehicles flank me and start to wipe out my base. Even with two supply centers, I can't make money fast enough to get an attack force together, and If I wait, the scuds sneak up and start to take out my force before it gets rolling.
Not to mention the all-out blitz that happens when you get the last statue, leaving only the one in there base.
With zh patch 1.04, they've taken out the carpet bomb, so I have nothing to soften them up with.

Just mod your battle masters to be really strong, and remove the weapon of the scud's. if you are really desperate

But, that requires that you open the map, and change the building stats.

I agree. That map is killer on hard. I beat it BARELY and that's before EA decided to take away the carpet bomber on that map... your forces literally get slaughtered by those pesky demo traps and invisible stingers. Plus the time limit is annoying... but hey why don't you just take the time limit off for that mission?

Actually, for the fun of it, I modded the map and added 8 overlords and 8 Helix choppers at startup. Even with this force my overlords would get pounded by the rocket buggies and scud lauchers. The helix is used to get at them, and they would get tore up by the stinger sites and quad cannons. They at least bought me enough time to build up a huge army to attack final statue.
I played this mod, like 30 times, and beat it twice. Once with 2 seconds left, and once with 1 second left. Basically, both times, while my force was getting mutilated, I snuck in with the remaining Helix, full of rocket soldiers, and barely destroyed the statue before it was cut up.
I applaud anyone who can beat this map on hard with no help!!!

If you think this is hard, then you should play against the BOSS GENERAL on HARD.
