Default force shields

Has anyone succeeded on implementing some kind of force shield technology? Id like to know how can this be done, or at least the closest one could get in modding zero hour?

I've seen some shields on IA a while back, but I don't know how they work ( if indeed its not merely a nice effect ).

You could toggle a "health bonus" to a building and make it regen fast?

Might be a cheat to toggle on/off for insta heal though.

Anyway regarding ravage's old thread I think I have an idea on how to "time out" his iron curtain effect.. You see, instead of using a modified emergency repair to activate the iron curtain from the 1hp drone object, why not make the 1hp drone object spawn on death a 10000hp version of himself (with the lifetime update of course), which is actiivated not by a modified emergency repair but an OCL that emits a weapon that would kill that original drone.
