Default Invisible Models

Ok, i have a big problem here...

I made a mod for generals and added several new models (f16s, mig29s, ect...) and when i play on my computer, i can see the models. I have my ini folder in the data folder, my w3d and texture folders in my art folder; which is in the generals directory, I have my csf file in the english folder. I dont know what the problem is, cause when i sent my friend the mod, he said he put the art in the directory, the ini in the data, and the csf in the english.

And when i made the models, i made sure to export the geometry of the model, but the geometry of the bones.

So basically to round it all up:

I can see everything on my computer

He cant see nothin on his

can anyone tell me what the problem is?

and also, how do you put all your modding files into a .big file, and where do you put it in order to make the mod work?

Use a big packing thing like FinalBIG and just chuck everything in ( maintaining the directory structure ).
Then dump it in My Docs\C&C Data\ and give your shortcut the "-mod MyMod.big" extension.

As for the model fun, if it works on yours, then he must have done something wrong putting his files in.
