is it limited by the game engine?
If i wanna make the shortcut move to teh left hand side,how?is it to edit the .wnd like this?
change the values in "UPPERLEFT: 740 167,
BOTTOMRIGHT: 799 223," or some others?

Every time I put this ingmae and set the buttons to 5 and add the new special so I only us 4 of the new buttons and start the skirmish game as GLA I get a run time error

Works fine for me. Make sure your shortcut button uses Command = SPECIAL_POWER_FROM_COMMAND_CENTER and that you have SpecialPowerShortcutButtonCount = 5 under PlayerTemplate FactionGLA.
