Default Why does my unit have a Pinkish skin tone to it?!

Hi, im wanna know how come when i use my w3d importer and import a unit [raptor], then i go and edit it [f16], and on the Finalbig viewer it turns out perfectly, [sliver and everything like the raptor skin] but when i play it on generals, the unit's skin has a pinkish tone but over the silver skin, i will try to show you guys a pic if i can...
::::::::::::In this picture look at the f16 in the airfield, that is one of the only UNITS that i have made that have actually stuck to the script and stayed silver/grey with no pink/purple/any other color tones. If you can, please try to pick up my prototype mod and look at all the aircraft to see what i really mean.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Did you apply the skin or did the importer auto-apply it. If it was auto-applied then you have to reapply it in renx before you export.

in Renx you press M then do through the window that pops up. Thats one of the ways anyway. You can apply it through the UV unwrap window and a couple other ways.

If you are doing it through the UV unwrap your problem is that you never applied it to the skin. I assume you got the texture to appear in the UV edit window, what you said sounds like you did, so I'm going to start from there.

In the upper right corner of the Edit UVW window there is the drop down box where you selected the texture, go back to that and click pick texture. Now a box comes up that you used to pick the texture before, on the left side in the list of radio buttons there is one that says Applied, choose that. Now you select the texture from the list that you a using on the object you currently have selected, at the top of this window there is an area that displays the Map # and the texure name. To the right of that there is a button that has a sphere with an arrow going to a plane on it, Click this. That button appies it to the mesh. Then click OK.

Hope that helps
