Hi, i was wondering if you could help us with this situation:


My friend likes to play generals online with me. Well about 2 days ago...we ran into a problem...every match we do, his computer mismatches from everyone else. As far as we both know, we dont think he has a firewall, but the strange part is, 2 days before it started happening, he was online, and played 2 full games no problem. Have any ideas?

He might of put additional files in the generals/zh folder. Generals/zh is very picky and shouldn't have any additional files or folders. Unless of course, the other players have the same extact files and folders.

If that still doesn't work, he could try to reinstall it and before he installs it, delete the generals/zh directory if it's still there.

thanks, we repared the game and I also found out when i went over his house, that he didnt have a generals csf file whatsoever...he installed a mod that had the generals csf file, but then he deleted it along with the mod when he was done with it.
