If you download the French version of ZH Patch 1.03 from the official website, you might be able to obtain a copy of the French generals.csf from that (I'm pretty sure the .csf was updated for version 1.03, but not positive). Only if you're really desperate, though, coz getting any useable files out of the patch would probably be tricky.

i wonder, why this file is even more smaller than the german or english CSF ?! (ca. 300 KB). but it seems to be the one of ZH, not generals
