There are few modders around, and they are usually linked to several projects. Getting new staff is damn near impossible without a lot to show; we have problems getting staff and we are near a release ...

Yeah dude, I have been working on a mod for about a year, only me, and I have a lot done on it. Just work on it more, and people may want to join you.
