Default w3d importing animations

OK! I need a w3d file importer for 3ds max. I have one but it doesn't import animations. Is there a script or plugin that imports the animations too?

with coolfile's animation importer and the normal w3d importer I combined both tools to only one over 1 year ago.
With this scripts you don't have to load 2 different scripts! It's a big advantage and even better to handle!

with Help function included (note: the help "load w3d skeleton + animation" isn't correct. It is supported but I didn't know that in this time. )

>> go here!
(click on files.universal-modders.de at the right side to start the download)

//EDIT: it works still with 3ds max5 (I don't know with a higher version, too)

only the standard material is supported by my script. so you have to rebuild the w3d meterial manually.

Because the W3D plugin is not accesable for maxscript, so you can't call it to setup the materials in a proper way....
Supposedly, with the new vision EA has on mod assistance, this could change.

Well, the thing is, me and many others, i'm sure, don't want to have to skin hundreds of models manualy! Also, i'm horrible with textures. And Dibelius' doesn't do the textures correct either. If anyone has a solution for this problem, plz! let me know! :/
