Default Infantry Animation [bones] Problem

Why is my lotus' arms behind her head? Wwhat did i do wrong? I put the end tips of her arms at LHand and RHand, i put the middle of her arms and the wrist at LForarm and RForarm...whats wrong here? Can someone help me? Also, that sword to her left, how come its not in her hands like colonel burtons or anything like that? Whats wrong with this picture...can someone give me a good tutorial on making your own infantry animations and/or adding weapons and weapon animations to infantry?

The skeleton file that the model is using does not match the skeleton that it was WWSkinned to.You should not make adjustments to the skeletons, unless you plan to export it as a new skeleton.
