Is there one? I tried searching the nvidia website from where the plugin was gotten for the tutorial on skin editing, and I couldn't find anything that looked like a photopaint plugin. Photopaint is my only (major) image editing program, and I don't like warez, so don't suggest that as a solution...

Possibly check to see if the Adobe plugin works with Photoshop Elements, if it does its not an expensive package.

your program needs to be 100% compatible with Adobe Photoshop filters.

I have it running under PSP. Works perfectly, but you NEED to install the additional *.dll files that can be found on the Nvidia download page.
