Default Cluster Howitzer

Okay, if anyone here has played UT2004 & used the SPMA artillery mode, they may get it:
I want it to split open about 50 feet above the target, and release smaller shells, about 6 shells. How would I rig it to do this...

OCL's are your friend. Use a HeightDie on the parent shell, and spawn 6 other shells via OCL. On that OCL, you can use Disposition and DispositionIntensity to regulate how far the shells are flung outwards.

The cluster howitzer works except sometimes it doesn't release the clusters!
