The biggest problem encountered thus far has been regarding trenches, which BFMEII should be able to improve on; there is little of the ZH code that I feel I cannot live without.
Looking at the beta EA provided us, most if not all of what I require is in place for the coding aspect. I feel the ZH side is hitting a dead end; too little support and too much difficulty with the trench systems ( we have a solution, but its far from ideal ).
The only aspect I am concerned about is garrisoned untis being visible, as with the firebase. Will have to wait and see on that front.
And this is true; people are unreliable unless they feel linked to the project in some way. This can be through personal acquaintance, or having a feeling of it being their baby. This is the way it is.
I recall when I said I'd lend a hand to CWC, but time caught up with me and I got bogged down ( and what you were doing seemed to be working better than my own anyway
