In the tutorial about enabling the officer club features for Zero Hour it mentions a file called "SkirmishGameOptionsMenu.wnd". The one thing it doesnt say is where I can find this file. I checked the main directory for the game itself and in the game data folder in my documents and couldnt find it. Could someone tell me where to find this file please? :/

it may be packed into a finalbig file...which is my guess...probaly window.big
