Default A couple of questions; read on inside. . .

1. How do I put more passenger slots into a vehicle?

2. How do I put more cannons onto a vehicle? I've seen this mod where the OverLord barrels were replaced with gattling barrels. Do I edit the model and animate the barrels?

3. How do I make units that you can't usually purchase, purchaseable at any building?

4. The AI are idiots, how do I make them smarter?

5. Custom units possible?

Sorry for asking so much, is just that I'm curious but I have so little time to learn. . . I'd really appreciate if you guys would be as helpful as possible

1. Look at the transportcontain module.

2. Dunno my self, never messed with it

3. Add the button too there commandset, I wouldnt advise makig infantry build from a war factory, etc.

4. Remake skirmishscripts.scb, there are some better ai online though, someone else will have to link you though.

1: Change the trasport contain module of the unit to a higher value or [if there is a certain unit you want to fit in there], lower the value of the specific unit

2: Use Gmax/Renx and make or import a cannon. Import the vehicle you would like to add the cannon to. Have all the appropriate bones and such with the cannon added to the model, and export it [easier said than done]

3: What IHM said

4: Skirmishscripts.scb but AIDATA.INI works as well! I had the computer build 33 tanks and send em all at me at the same time before cause i tweaked the AIDATA...

5: YES THEY ARE...YOU NEED TO GET GMAX/RENX AND MODEL THEM YOURSELF lol

oooh...ps the AIDATA can manipulate how effective and how fast the ai builds...not what and when...

EDIT: I also have another question; How do I make it so that infantry can shoot out the Paladin's Anti-Missile laser at other infantry? I tried changing the damage type of the laser and changing the infantry's PRIMARY WEAPON, but I got nada :|

ok look...

AIDATA.INI is a ini file that specifies how fast, and effecient the computer builds...like how fast they build when they are rich...or poor....it also determines what is rich or poor....it can tell the AI how many units they can gather in a team... and how the team moves together...and how often to put together a team of units... all sorts of stuff like that...


and for the laser


you would have to copy and make a laser specifically designed to kill infantry only... im too tired to go in detail about it now but maybe later

Another question; How would increase the amount of passenger slots per vehicle? I don't mean change the amount of pasenger slots used by a unit; I mean the maximum amount of passenger slots a vehicle can hold, get me?

Go on the transport vehicle, then look for its transportcontain module, look there, you should be able to work it out from that.
