What about adding DetonateCallsKill=Yes to the projectile's MissileAIUpdate module?

hmmm....good point commie... that should definitly make it explode...also couldnt you use a fireweaponatdeath behavior?

Remove the ProjectileCollidesWith in the weapon. Then the missile should move through any structures and deal the damage. If that doesn't work, then try putting the ProjectileCollidesWith back in, and removing the HeightDie altogether.
